It is not a Registered Training Organisation, is not regulated by ASQA, and does not issue, determine, or guarantee AQF qualifications or assessment outcomes. As the qualified assessor and RTO, you remain responsible for applying the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence, for confirming each submission is the student's own work, for your record-keeping, and for your validation obligations.

Get in touchNo. Certifico produces a suggested outcome: Satisfactory, Re-assessment, or Not Satisfactory, or Pending Review where the evidence is unclear based on the evidence in each submission. The suggestion is advisory: under the 2025 Standards for RTOs, only a qualified assessor can make an assessment judgement, and every mark is yours to accept, override, or reject. The system cannot finalise anything.
Submissions are processed to generate results, then deleted. Reports are available to you for 24 hours, then automatically and permanently purged. We do not retain student names, file contents, or results beyond that window we keep only anonymous totals (how many assessments you marked) for billing. Your submissions are never used to train AI models.
Treat it as a well-prepared first pass, not a verdict. No tool can make your assessment compliant you remain responsible for applying the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence, confirming the work is the student's own, and your record-keeping. You buy a credit pack (100, 500, or 2,000 credits). One credit marks one assessment, regardless of how many parts it has. Payment is a one-off Stripe transaction, no subscription, no stored card. Credits do not expire. If an assessment fails to process, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
